Important Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Your Hottest Chefs Calendar contains a $25 Dining Certificate to each of the featured chef's restaurants. Standard Restrictions apply and must be adhered to by the recipient. If customer ignores said restrictions, the restaurant has 100% right of refusal. All restrictions are listed on the back of each individual Dining Certificate.
Restrictions - All are standard unless otherwise specified.*
- Valid only when minimum $50 is spent.
- Valid January 1, 2011 - December 30, 2011
- Valid for Dine - In Only.
- Valid for Dinner Only.
- Valid for Food and Alcohol. No merchandise.
- Valid Sunday -Thursday Only.
- Not Valid on Holidays.
- Only one certificate per table.
- No cash value, no change or credit provided.
- Not to be combined with any other certificates, specials, promotional offers or incentives.
- 18% gratuity will be added to guest check for your convenience.
- If all restrictions are not met, restaurant has the right to refuse.
*Other Restrictions:
- Chef Allen's and Taste Gastropub - Not valid towards the purchase of alcohol.
- Carmen's at the Top of the Bridge - Please CALL for reservations.
- City Cellar - Gratuity is not included. Please base your tip on the total bill before discount.
- Cafe Boulud - Valid March 30, 2011 - November 30, 2011 only and is valid for LUNCH AND DINNER.
- Talay Thai - Valid ANY night. (Excluding holidays)
- De Rodriguez Cuba - Valid ANY night (Exluding holidays)
RED HOT TICKET PRIZES:
A total of twelve (12) Red Hot Ticket Prize Vouchers have been hand inserted into random Hot Chef calendars. If your calendar contains a Red Hot Ticket Prize, it will be found attached to the back inside cover of calendar. If your calendar contains a Red Hot Ticket Prize, you are soley responsible for contacting Hot Chefs, Inc. to redeem your prize. Red Hot Ticket Prizes not used prior to expiration date will be deemed null and void. No exchanging of Red Hot Ticket Prizes, no expiration date extentions. Prize winner must be 21 or older. Purchasing South Florida's Hottest Chefs Calendar does NOT guarantee that recipient will win a Red Hot Ticket Prize. Chance of winning: 12/15,000
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Calendars will be shipped via US Postal Service within 3 days of receipt of order. There is a shipping charge when calendars are purchased through this website.

RETURN POLICY:
In cases where it was our error, simply email info@myhotchefs.com and notify us of the error. Errors in question will be verified through receipt of order in question.
CLOSED RESTAURANT/BUSINESS POLICY:
Hottest Chefs, Inc. and the restaurant/chef are not responsible for unused certificates in the rare case that a restaurant goes out of business.
USING A CREDIT CARD AND YOUR BILLING/STATEMENT:
Hottest Chefs, Inc. does not sell products to children or teens, but does sell to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. Purchases that you elect to make at Hottest Chefs, Inc. will appear on your credit card bill as: Hottest Chefs
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Hottest Chefs, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF CALENDARS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES
Hottest Chefs Inc. offers calendars and third party gift certificates for sale. We are not responsible for the actual available usage duration of any certificate or card, or the policies of the various businesses who provide the certificates. Hottest Chefs, Inc. and the restaurants/chefs featured are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced calendars or expired certificates.
